Surrendering Your Pet
Please fill out the surrender form completely as all the information contained therein will help us to better find a permanent home for your pet. The surrendered pet must be up to date on rabies and parvo/distemper vaccines, have a current rabies tag and must have a heartworm test before we will accept him or her for intake. No exceptions, but arrangements can be made to help with the cost. You may send an initial email below to inquire if we currently have room for your dog. Please advise of the breed of dog, weight, age, health issues (if any), if your dog is good with other dogs, cats, etc. and include any other helpful information so that we can find a suitable foster home. The dog MUST NOT be aggressive toward people!
